A really good experience at this best low-budget hotel. Genuinely helpful and absolutely friendly staff. Brand-new rooms. Convenient location close to everything. Close enough to a Cracker Barrel restaurant, West Virginia, and the Appalachian Trail.

I didn't really care for this HoJo. It was cheap and convenient at the time.

This HoJo is outdated and smelled of mold/mildew and the other customers were very loud throughout the night (guessing for the future college grads)...

Advertised a hot breakfast but didn't have it. Wifi didn't work well. Had better signal from Super 8 motel 100+ yards away.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to everything that I needed. There were many restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a bite to eat. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient, as we were able to park right in front of our room. The towels and face clothes provided were clean and in bright white, and the bed linen looked fresh and tidy.

There were some cleanliness issues with the room. The bathroom was dirty, with evidence of dirt and pubic hair.

Had real good stay for the price, the staff were amiable, location was nice to race track. The room was reasonably large with queen beds when upgraded. It met standard. Location: the hotel was so close to Roanoke, and Daleville...

The location was great, just off I-81. My room was affordable and newly decorated, equipped with an ironing board, two full beds, and WiFi. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me want to return in the future.

The clock in the room was broken. The air conditioner was very noisy! The sheets would not stay on the bed. There was virtually no food for breakfast! Very surprising for a "Wyndam" hotel! I spend about 60 nights a year in hotels for business and pleasure ( 45 business). I am not impressed enough to stay in another one of your hotels!

Relatively cheap. Refrigerator was nice and cold When I Arrived. Separate hot and cold water controls in tub. Orange scented bath soap (mmm . . . ) There was a pool!

Hand rail at pool entrance was unstable. WiFi started cutting out at 9:45 PM. One of those places where they add a charge for the room safe, but don't include that in the advertised prices. Tsk, tsk!
